Jack Wagster founded The Eden Firm, PLLC to give business owners and commercial real estate clients a more practical, personal kind of legal counsel.

A ninth-generation Tennessean and third-generation lawyer, Jack understands the value of relationships, reputation, and building something that lasts. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Administartion from Auburn University and his law degree from Belmont University College of Law, he established The Eden Firm in 2025 in the heart of Music Row.

Jack works with clients as they acquire property, structure transactions, and make decisions that shape the future of their businesses. His approach is direct, thoughtful, and grounded in helping clients protect what they have built while confidently pursuing what is ahead.

Rooted in Nashville, The Eden Firm serves clients throughout Tennessee and wherever business takes them.
